These terms govern use of the fedfu online store and orders for the tea items listed here. Read the product page, the final checkout total, the Shipping Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy before submitting an order. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain available.
Store and product information
fedfu is an independent online retailer, not the manufacturer of the products unless a listing expressly says otherwise. Product photographs can include tea or props and may show several pieces; only the stated purchase unit and included contents form part of the item offered. Compare the selected item, capacity, dimensions, materials, and use instructions. A marked approximate or estimated measurement, or an inferred material note, is not a certified or measured specification. Do not assume a vessel can be used on a stovetop, in a microwave, or in a dishwasher without express listing information.
Orders, prices, and payment
A product listing is an invitation to place an order. We may review availability, address and payment information before accepting it and will communicate if an order cannot be fulfilled. Prices are in USD; applicable tax and the final total are shown before submission. Standard shipping is free in the stated U.S. service area. Shopify Payments is currently not active. Only a method shown for your order in checkout is available. We do not ask you to pay by personal transfer, cryptocurrency, or a separate off-site channel.
Errors and availability
We may correct a material listing or pricing error before accepting an order and will explain any affected order rather than silently changing the price. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is accepted, we will contact you about the available lawful remedy, including cancellation and prompt refund when appropriate. A website display is not a guarantee of uninterrupted stock or service.
Delivery, changes, and cancellations
The current delivery zone is the 50 states and Washington, DC; the estimated timing and tracking process are in the Shipping Policy. Give an accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly to request a change or an unshipped cancellation; changes after dispatch are not guaranteed. If dispatch is delayed beyond our stated processing window, you may accept a revised estimate or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund. A canceled unshipped order is not subject to return receipt and inspection.
Returns, refunds, and remedies
Eligible return requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. We provide a prepaid label for an approved return and do not charge a restocking fee or offer exchanges. Follow the Refund Policy for conditions and the correct destination. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. These terms do not waive remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods that applicable law protects.
Acceptable site use and intellectual property
Use the store for lawful personal shopping. Do not interfere with security, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use content in a way that infringes another party’s rights. Our store text, logo, and layout are protected as applicable. Third-party product names, marks, and supplied materials belong to their respective owners. You may not commercially copy store material without permission unless law allows it. Sending us a message gives us only the practical permission needed to handle that request; it does not transfer your ownership.
Third-party services and links
Shopify hosts the store, and payment, delivery, and map providers perform their respective services. Their own terms or privacy notices may apply to their tools. Their involvement does not transfer fedfu’s retail obligations to them. The Google map on our Contact page sends technical information when loaded; see our Privacy Policy. External links are offered for convenience and do not create a claim that we control those services.
Site availability and legal protections
We work to keep product and order information accurate but the website can experience errors or interruptions. Any liability limitation applies only to the extent permitted by the law governing the transaction and cannot exclude fraud, intentional misconduct, non-waivable rights, or a remedy required for goods that are defective or materially misdescribed. Nothing here overrides an express product promise or a statutory consumer protection. If a concern remains unresolved after you contact us, you may use the remedies available under applicable law.
Applicable law, changes, and disputes
Relevant U.S. federal and state law applies to the transaction and protected consumer rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the lawful remainder can continue. We date material changes to these terms; an update does not retroactively remove a right attached to an existing accepted order. Contact us with an order number and the issue so we can review a proposed resolution.
